With a small group of other women, meet with our nutritionist Melissa Henkin once a week to make incremental, manageable, and healthful changes to your food intake over 12 sessions.
You will set goals at the first session and start each week by reviewing how you’re feeling, your successes, and your obstacles. In each meeting you will learn key nutrition principles as well as practical tools and techniques to help you achieve permanent weight loss. The group will provide support, accountability, and (of course!) recipes to motivate you make the changes you want to make.
The program is not about eating less, but rather about incorporating more wholesome foods into your diet. In the end, you will have a solid foundation for long-term healthy eating and, along the way, lose weight. For some, even a 5% shift in body weight makes a huge difference to overall health. We invite you to give it a try.
