If you are attempting to conceive, you are likely familiar with the ups and downs that accompany the process. Stress and anxiety are not uncommon, especially if you’re experiencing difficulty or infertility. This workshop is designed to serve as a haven for individuals seeking to bring new life into the world; a space to connect with, care for and honor yourself and create stillness and peace in a busy mind. Through 90 minutes of yoga and meditation dedicated to those in this time in their lives, you’ll not only be creating time and space for yourself but also creating community with others going through similar situations.
