The practice of yoga and the process of creative writing both have the power to summon our creative energies -- and even more so when used together. Whether you are working through a difficult life experience or are seeking new sources of inspiration, come see the ways that movement can stimulate and even alter the flow of your thoughts and words in this intimate workshop. Through guided writing exercises intermixed with a Vinyasa yoga practice, you are invited to enjoy a healing, rejuvenating, perhaps even cathartic moment with yourself, your mat, and your pen in a supportive environment.
