Yin Yogassage™ is a blissful combination of the quiet, reflective practice of yin yoga with massage therapy. During this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through relaxing, grounded poses for 5 to 10 minutes at a time to allow your muscles to soften. Massage is then offered while you are in these poses to release energy stored deep within the connective tissues of the spine, hips and shoulders. The practice of Yin Yogassage™ opens the body, creating space for deeper breath and a quieter mind. Class size is very limited.
